How do i change the suspension of my car?

i have a 2002 nissan sentra-r spec v with 17%26quot; tires...the car has been lowered with coil springs...I want to higher the car about 1%26quot; so i can use tires with more rubber ...where can i go to get this done ( and the average price to do so) or is this something i can do myself?...also any ideas on making the car a smoother ride on the road would be appreciatedHow do i change the suspension of my car?a lot of the rough ride is from rubber band low profile tires....go to 16 inch rims with 60 series radials...cheapest and easiest way out...
