On Hyundai Accent, would changing the tire radius from 14 to 15 inch benefit RPM/fuel economy/performance?

I have a 2007 Hyundai Accent, 5 speed standard trans., with 14 inch tires. I posted a question here about the RPM level at 75 mph and got good responses. My car came with 14's, but the car can be equipped with 14 inch to 16 inch tires. If I change mine to 15 or even 16, would it noticeably reduce the RPM, and how would it affect the fuel economy/performance of the car? Just wondering what the tradeoffs were, and if it was worth the expense. ThanksOn Hyundai Accent, would changing the tire radius from 14 to 15 inch benefit RPM/fuel economy/performance?The larger wheel options come with tires with shorter sidewalls, such that the outside wheel diameter stays the same (otherwise your speedometer %26amp; odometer will be wrong) and there should be no big difference in performance or economy. You can pick the %26quot;wrong%26quot; tires on purpose, but that's pretty rare to do...

The smaller differences are these: Shorter-sidewall tires will give you a rougher ride and better handling. Lighter wheels (usually the smaller ones) will improve economy and acceleration, and even handling because they reduce %26quot;unsprung weight.%26quot; Then again, big wheels look so cool...On Hyundai Accent, would changing the tire radius from 14 to 15 inch benefit RPM/fuel economy/performance?I have a 2003 Accent with 17's, and I have had no noticeable changes in either the RPM or the fuel economy. Performance wise, they have improved the handling a lot.
