After recieving an oil change and tire rotation yesterday, my car began to shake violently when approaching 45mph. Whether I am accelerating or decelerating when ever the speedometer hits 45 mph the car begins to shake hard. The longer it stays at 45 the harder it shakes. I have to either speed up past 50 mph or slow down to under 40 mph. It has shoke in the past on occasions. Mainly if I was coming off the interstate slowing down very rapidily. This is caused by road hazards like pot holes, running over debris, etc. It is not noticeable when rear mounted, but mounted up front they will shake violently. Inspect tires for external bumps/ bubbles underneath rubber skin. The internal slipped belts can only be seen when tire removed from rim. Swap out either front tires with spare to see if you can find problem yourself.
